McKinsey & Company seeks analytics professionals to collaborate with clients on marketing analytics strategies, expanding capabilities and architecting data-driven solutions. You will lead analyses, extract insights, and contribute to knowledge development within the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and the ability to work across diverse client environments in North America.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, engineering, AI, or related field.
• Strong coursework in database management and mathematics.
• Emerging knowledge of data analysis with R, SAS, SPSS, Alteryx, Matlab, STATA, Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL/RDBMS, NoSQL (MongoDB), Hadoop and big data tech.
• Programming skills in Python, R, and/or Java.
• Knowledge of data visualization with Tableau.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to create new marketing analytics strategies.
• Expand analytics capabilities and architect new strategies and applications.
• Shape data-driven organizations by guiding data extraction and modeling.
• Lead problem solving through findings and insights from analyses.
• Develop knowledge for McKinsey's analytics group and drive learning.
• Work in North America within Growth, Marketing & Sales practice.
