Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Steam & Air Solutions (SAS), located in Summerville, SC, seeks a finance professional to drive planning, analysis, and forecasting for DoD and DoE programs. You will partner with BD and PM teams on quotes, develop budgets, and ensure compliant financial practices across programs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of government contracting, and the ability to deliver clear recommendations to management. Public defense contracting expertise is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Understanding of financial regulations and risk management practices.
• Familiar with FAR/DFAR requirements and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business development and project management for quotes and pricing estimates for new and outgoing government proposals.
• Support EAC and POC estimates analysis and forecasting on active DoD/DoE programs.
• Develop plans including budgets and forecasts.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Prepare and analyze month-end financial reports and report variances to plan/forecast.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and internal/audit requirements.
