Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a Pricebook Coordinator to maintain item, vendor, cost, retail, and product data across systems. The role supports stores, Category Managers, and admin teams with pricing execution, reporting, compliance, and fulfillment activities.

The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor’s degree in business and at least two years of pricing or purchasing experience, plus advanced Excel skills and strong data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field.
• Minimum two years in purchasing or pricing is preferred.
• Experience with pricing data and item maintenance.
• Advanced Excel and data accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing in the system and ensure cost and retail accuracy.
• Manage price-book software, spreadsheets, and data updates.
• Communicate price updates to operations and admin teams.
• Maintain item, vendor, cost, retail, UPC, and product attributes.
• Coordinate new item setup, pricing, and vendor assignments.
• Analyze reports and support stores and departments with pricing issues.
• Assist warehouse and fulfillment operations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
