Job summary

Circle K is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage price book items, descriptions, and pricing. You will coordinate with store managers to resolve pricing discrepancies and ensure accurate vendor invoicing and item updates.

The role involves processing electronic invoices, communicating item changes, and supporting the Price Book Manager. Strong Excel skills and accounting awareness are beneficial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize detailed information.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Pricing exposure/knowledge considered an asset
• Accounting knowledge considered an asset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
• MS Excel and MS Access proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Maintain/update assigned product category(s) item description and pricing.
• Resolve store level pricing discrepancies with store managers.
• Import / posting of electronic vendor invoices.
• Communicate new items and price changes via internal notifications.
• Authorization and de-authorization of stores to merchandise vendors.
• Researching and resolving accounting and EDI issues for wholesalers and other vendors.
