StubWorld is a ticket resale, distribution and analytics business with 24+ years in the market, serving pro sports teams and live entertainment partners nationwide. We price ticket inventory in real time across multiple sales channels, using market data and pricing strategy to get the most out of every event - from regular-season games to playoff runs. What you'll do

• Price and manage ticket inventory across multiple sales channels.
• Analyze historical sales, secondary-market data and trends to set and adjust prices in real time - sometimes hour to hour on game day.
• Track sell-through, margin and unsold inventory, and report findings to ownership.
• Build and maintain pricing models and recommendations.
• Own Friday evening and Saturday event-day pricing (schedule below).
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Excel/Sheets AI add-ins) to speed up analysis and reporting - not just static spreadsheets.
• Grow into more responsibility across our other businesses as you prove yourself.

Schedule (fixed, every week)

• Tuesday - Thursday: business hours, in the office
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday and Monday: off

What you bring

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS). SQL or Tableau is a plus, not required.
• Comfort with numbers and large datasets; very detail-oriented.
• Clear communicator who can explain what the numbers mean.
• Real interest in sports and live events.
• Curious about AI tools for work - we'll train the right person.
• Preferred: degree in Economics, Math, Finance or related; experience in pricing, data analytics, ticketing or sales reporting.
