The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.The Pricing & Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies across OCVIBE venues to maximize ticket revenue, sell-through, and overall event performance. This role analyzes historical sales, market comparables, demand signals, and inventory trends to establish and adjust pricing throughout the event lifecycle.The Analyst also builds and maintains dynamic pricing models, dashboards, and reporting tools; manages inventory and presale allocations; and translates complex pricing data into clear recommendations for promoters, Finance, and venue leadership.
