Job summary

Formerra, a leading distributor of engineered materials, seeks a Pricing Coordinator to join the Pricing team in a hybrid role near Romeoville, IL. You will work autonomously to ensure pricing profitability for quotes and maintain product and pricing databases, while coordinating supplier rebate agreements and internal controls.

Interacting with managerial and peer levels, you will manage quotes, pricing movements, credits/debits, and auditor interfaces, ensuring accurate, compliant pricing for

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous business experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or applicable field.
• SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage quotes and billing blocks.
• CUPS entry and internal/external review.
• Execute global pricing movements.
• Notify customers of pricing movements.
• Analysis and approval of credits/debits.
• Quarterly interface with both internal and external auditors to show compliance with policies and in place controls.
