RTC in Rolling Meadows, IL, seeks a Pricing Analyst to perform pricing analysis and recommendations for Asia and Latin America, supporting RFP/RFI submissions and delivering financial analysis that informs pricing, margin, and investment decisions.

The role partners with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Product, and Regional Finance to ensure accurate analyses and meaningful executive-level insights, with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in public accounting or corporate financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and large data sets.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting in manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pricing analysis and development with cross-regional alignment.
• Create RFP/RFI support including financial models and P&Ls.
• Translate analysis into pricing recommendations balancing margin and risk.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with business leaders.
