Job summary

Festival Foods in New London, WI is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to join the Guest Service Department. This full-time role partners with pricing associates, vendors, and store leaders to ensure policy compliance and accurate price execution.

The position emphasizes strong communication, hands-on training of staff, and reliable weekly scheduling. The Pricing Coordinator will support the pricing team and help deliver Festival Foods’ value and service commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and all personnel.
• Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle situations.
• Basic knowledge in computer functions and Microsoft Suite products; including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Responsibilities

• Reinforce Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to all pricing associates.
• Provide consistent practices within the pricing software that supports Festival Foods price image.
• Maintain adequate staff levels by interviewing applicants and extending job offers when necessary
• Coach and train all new pricing associates on the policies and procedures pertaining to the execution of department standards.
• Be an active participant in Performance and Development Summary and annual goal setting for yourself and members of the pricing team.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Pricing Support Team to keep the pricing manual and sign program current.
• Finalize and approve weekly work schedule for pricing associates; write and execute weekly department schedule.
• Document violations of company policies by pricing associates and take corrective action.
• Review verification results weekly to address gaps and communicate findings to Pricing Support Team.
• Assist guests with finding items on the sales floor and address concerns as needed.
