Festival Foods in West Allis, WI is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to work with pricing associates, vendors and store leadership to ensure policy adherence and accurate pricing execution. You will implement consistent practices in pricing software, review results, and support scheduling and training of staff.

The role emphasizes strong communication, hands-on use of SMS pricing software, pricing handhelds, and Nexgen 365, along with maintaining price integrity and assisting guests on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and all personnel.
• Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle situations.
• Basic knowledge in computer functions and Microsoft Suite products; including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Responsibilities

• Reinforce Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to all pricing associates.
• Provide consistent practices within the pricing software that supports Festival Foods price image.
• Investigate and resolve inaccuracies; respond with clear and honest feedback.
• Maintain adequate staff levels by interviewing applicants and extending job offers when necessary
• Coach and train pricing associates on policies and procedures including SMS pricing software, pricing handhelds and Nexgen 365
