Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Strategic Pricing & Contracting, PMO Leader to drive transformation of pricing, contracts, and related processes across US locations. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize operating models, and deliver value through standardized workflows and automation.

This role emphasizes governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery within a regulated medical devices environment, with a focus on CLM/CPQ, AI-enabled improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years project management with cross-functional initiatives in Pricing & Contracting, Rebates in medical devices.
• Experience leading complex transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation in regulated industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CLM, CPQ, CRM, ERP, workflow automation, or related initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and agile/waterfall/hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing & contracting process improvement projects to shorten turnaround times and increase capacity.
• Drive enterprise transformation initiatives for standardization and operating model optimization.
• Facilitate design workshops to identify automation and standardization opportunities.
• Leverage lean, Six Sigma, and AI tools to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Own integrated project plans including schedule, scope, and risks.
• Establish governance frameworks and executive alignment across stakeholder groups.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with IT, commercial systems, and suppliers to implement CLM, CPQ, pricing, and reporting solutions.
• Mentor teams on project management, governance, and change management best practices.
