Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Pricing and Chargeback Coordinator in Temecula, CA to manage pricing per contracts and process chargebacks. The role interfaces with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have at least one year in contract administration, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP/ERP environments. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in contract administration or related experience within a wholesale/distributor company.
• Prior experience in a company that distributed medical products is preferred.
• Experience in Finance, Marketing, or Materials Management is desirable.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to interpret written contracts and data.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and audit products in the material master and listings; communicate changes to ecommerce.
• Develop and audit contract pricing and customer eligibility; coordinate with Sales Ops for customer identifiers.
• Handle chargeback reporting and aging; reconcile denials to minimize losses.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve rebates and credits with vendors.
• Engage with vendors on expiring contracts to determine renewal or replacement.
• Load Data from EDI 845 and process EDI 844 with senior management.
