Job summary

FFF Enterprises in Temecula, CA is seeking a Pricing/Chargebacks Coordinator to manage pricing, contracts, and chargebacks across multiple vendors. You will interface with Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and accurate data maintenance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in contract administration or related experience in a wholesale/distributor company.”
• Prior experience in medical products distribution is preferred.
• Experience in Finance, Marketing, or Materials Management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and audit products for the material master, condition records, and listings ensuring all fields are entered accurately.
• Create, maintain and audit contracts from suppliers ensuring adherence to pricing, terms and eligibility.
• Manage chargeback reporting and reconciliation to minimize losses from contract maintenance.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve discrepancies between rebates and credits from vendors.
• Load data from EDI 845s and process EDI 844s with senior staff approval.
• Maintain SAP condition records to populate purchase orders with correct costs and terms.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly vendor chargeback reporting as required by contract.
