Job summary

FFF Enterprises and Nufactor are seeking an Audit and Adjustment Coordinator to ensure pricing integrity across GPO and vendor agreements. The role requires reading and implementing customer and vendor contracts with strong analytical skills and teamwork.

You will interface with Pricing, Commercial, Customer Service, and Financial Services to resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in contracts administration or related audit field.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply contract terms and pricing rules.

Responsibilities

• Audit condition records and listings for accuracy and pricing alignment.
• Audit pricing agreements to ensure adherence to contract terms and customer eligibility.
• Create and manage customer credit/rebill adjustments for pricing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Pricing Lead, SCO Business Analyst, and other departments to improve processes.
• Prepare data for price validation and reporting purposes.
• Communicate changes affecting order entry, accounts receivable, pricing, or reporting to relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
