Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate pricing capabilities, processes and tools.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, data and tech teams to gather requirements.
• Coordinate delivery activities and ensure user adoption of pricing changes.
• Document processes, logs, trackers, and user feedback; support materials.
• Prepare test scenarios, validate outputs, capture defects and impacts.
• Elevate issues with facts and recommended next steps; drive improvements.
• Develop communications, training and support for new tools and changes.
• Translate complex content into actionable business insights.
• Identify usability or data issues and drive resolution with stakeholders.
