Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years office experience in an energy industry environment preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; Excel skills are required.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver price quotes and contract terms to Sprague customers for a variety of contract types and manage the execution of hedges.
• Communicate with existing and new customers regarding Sprague Real-Time and other contract related matters.
• Provide direct support for sales representatives and their accounts.
• Independently monitor and adjust pricing of products based on market conditions.
• Electronically execute Globex transactions and balance hedge positions.
• Execute/transmit contract confirmations and monitor contract performance.
• Manage Sprague’s contract portfolio across back-office systems and interfaces.
• Foster cross-department collaboration to improve the E-Commerce Platform.
• Manage contract/pricing disputes and coordinate resolutions.
