• Bachelor's degree in an energy industry environment preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; Excel skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop new skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Strong team player willing to regularly interact with teammates on the trading floor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver price quotes and contract terms for a variety of contracts and manage hedges.
• Communicate with customers about Sprague's Real-Time platform and contract matters.
• Provide direct support for sales reps and their accounts.
• Monitor pricing changes and market conditions to adjust product pricing.
• Execute/transmit contract confirmations and balance hedge positions throughout the day.
• Monitor contract performance to ensure obligations are met within terms.
• Manage Sprague's contract portfolio across back-office systems.
• Collaborate with departments to improve processes and expand the e-commerce platform.
