Responsibilities

• Manage all corporate actions activity for all accounts/funds.
• Notify Portfolio Managers/Trading groups of corporate action activity relevant to the investment process.
• Respond to custodians on behalf of all funds for voluntary corporate actions.
• Review and initiate ideas to improve processes within the group.
• Ensure securities involved in corporate actions are valued correctly.
• Provide observations and recommendations to Portfolio Managers and Trading groups.
• Analyze multiple asset classes, interacting with investment teams, fund treasury and tax, as well as legal and compliance.
