This hands-on role leads with influence and partners across Pricing, Category, Sales and IT to deliver actionable insights. You will establish analytics standards, govern KPIs, and build enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards while ensuring data quality and timely decision support for pricing

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Power BI for data modeling and semantic layers.
• Strong Python proficiency for analytics and automation (pandas, numpy, notebooks).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work by influence and establish standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytics leader for Pricing, translating priorities into a scalable analytics roadmap.
• Establish metric definitions, dashboard governance, and reporting cadence across Pricing.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Pricing, Category, Sales, and IT to deliver analytics products.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for pricing performance and margin trends; track progress and exceptions.
• Create governed datasets to ensure consistent insights and improve self-service adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and evolve dashboards based on feedback.
