Job summary

Next Frontier Capital is seeking an experienced Pricing Analytics Solutions Associate to join the Card Pricing Execution Team within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization. You will review exceptions in critical pricing functions, become a SME for pricing processes, and collaborate with Pricing Managers to optimize card pricing execution and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliverables with flexibility.
• Experience with AI-enabled operational transformation, workflow orchestration, and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong relationship skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, building consensus across cross-functional teams solving customer facing issues.
• Develop automated analytical workflows (SAS, Alteryx, Python) to triage, disposition, and prioritize exceptions more efficiently.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Alteryx, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and related data platforms.
• Evaluate and ideate opportunities to apply AI / GenAI / intelligent automation to improve investigative analysis, control documentation, operating procedures, knowledge retrieval, issue summarization, and workflow efficiency.
• Present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner to process owners.
