Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a skilled professional to join our Growth, Marketing & Sales practice in North America. You will tackle strategic challenges with teams, drive merchandising and pricing initiatives, and deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.

You will work with data scientists, engineers, and product experts to deploy insights, adopt new technologies, and influence senior stakeholders while developing domain expertise in pricing, promotions, loyalty, trade promotion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering (MBA is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, analytic pricing, merchandising and/or technology delivery.
• Experience with data science, data visualization tools and statistics in CPG/retail contexts preferred.
• Experience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and data teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Experience on large-scale projects with multiple business stakeholders in a matrixed environment to influence decisions.
• Able to articulate solutions to stakeholders with varying business/technical knowledge.
• Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment with client sponsors regularly.
• Proven problem-solving skills with ability to process complex information and present clearly.
• Experience collaborating with junior resources and translating requirements into design documentation.
• Strong understanding of large data sources and cloud-based tools and platforms.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and making data-driven decisions.
