Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Pricing Analyst on its Customer Solutions team in the United States to leverage data and market insights to influence pricing and contracting strategies for key customer relationships. • Analyze pricing, contract, and customer performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support profitable growth.
• Project financial and commercial outcomes of pricing changes, customer proposals, contract renewals, promotions, and rebate programs.
• Develop pricing and contracting models that evaluate scenarios, test business assumptions, and support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with account management and cross-functional stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that support customer negotiations.
• Create customer-facing presentations and analytics that communicate pricing recommendations, contract performance, and value realization.
• Conduct competitive and market research to benchmark pricing strategies and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor pricing compliance, profitability, discount structures, and contract performance through reporting and trend analysis.
• Improve pricing tools, dashboards, databases, and analytic processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making speed.
