Job summary

Torch Technologies in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level Lead Systems Engineer/Analyst to support its Air & Missile Defense unit. You’ll lead technical teams, develop analysis tools, and drive verification and validation across system and software workloads.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or CS, 5+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance. Ongoing opportunities include progression into a team-lead role and exposure to DoD programs.

• 5+ years of software development, modeling/simulation, and/or data analysis with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Review design, system and test documentation related to requirements and test output.
• Provide technical expertise from data verified via V&V processes.
• Develop post-processing analysis tools and visualizations to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
• Record and close defects; engage in customer meetings and reviews.
