Job summary

Oneida ESC Group is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support the HQ in Milwaukee, WI, on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on developing compliant labor rates for DoD and federal bids, analyzing solicitations, and coordinating price proposals with pursuit and project managers, teaming partners, and subcontractors.

The position requires 5–10 years’ federal price proposal experience, a bachelor’s degree in business/finance, and strong MS Excel skills to craft cost narratives and supporting

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in preparing federal price proposals
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field
• Experience developing labor rates for federal bids/proposals, DoD preferred
• Knowledge of federal government/DoD contracting
• Experience with contract types: FFP, T&M, CPFF
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write a cost narrative

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant labor rates as prime contractor, JV partner, or subcontractor for proposals
• Analyze solicitations to determine cost submittal requirements and align cost estimates
• Coordinate price proposals with pursuit/project managers and teaming partners
• Prepare price proposal submittals and collect supporting documentation
• Secure indirect rates and apply to direct costs in estimates
• Review pricing data for submittal compliance and data calls
• Prepare cost narratives describing methodologies used in rate development
• Examine cost data for labor, materials, and other expenditures for compliance with standards
• Maintain/update MS Excel/Word templates for price proposals
• Ensure correct contract rates in task order proposals
