Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline required; relevant experience may substitute.
• 5+ years for mid-level or 8+ years for senior in pricing proposals.
• Experience developing cost and price proposals for DoD or federal customers.
• FAR/DFARS knowledge and familiarity with government contract pricing.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and solicitations to identify pricing requirements and instructions.
• Develop cost and price models including labor, materials, subcontracts, and taxes.
• Prepare pricing for various contract types and validate mathematical accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing, labor mixes, and estimating inputs with technical teams.
• Support audits, negotiations, and price-to-win analyses.
