Job summary

Chadwell Supply in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to drive competitive pricing by analyzing market conditions, supplier costs, and product Cross References. You will work with Product Specialists to determine pricing schemes for broad product groups and manage the Cross Reference Database for crosses.

You will leverage Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Power BI to analyze data, produce actionable recommendations, and support pricing initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• 3–5 years in an analytical or operations role in a large org.
• Experience with large datasets, reporting, payroll, or data-driven processes.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven.
• Ability to learn ERP platforms.
• Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Update the Cross Reference Database with competitive pricing and product crosses.
• Suggest new items through Gap Analysis.
• Monitor and report on competitor pricing for key categories.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Sales teams on pricing and discounts.
• Review catalog pricing and support go-to-market strategies.
