Job summary

Cooper Lighting Solutions, a Signify business unit, is seeking a Pricing Analyst onsite in Peachtree City, GA. You will support the sales team by preparing quotes based on customer requests and pricing guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

You will coordinate with departments to deliver quotes on time, maintain pricing conditions, and communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies, driving faster, higher-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Experience coordinating with sales teams for quote preparation.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel data management.
• Experience with a CRM and quoting software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports and collaborates with the sales team to prepare and manage sales quotes based on customer requests and pricing guidelines.
• Coordinates with various departments to ensure accurate, timely quote delivery and correct maintenance of customer's pricing conditions in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Communicates with customers to clarify quote details and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintains and updates quote databases, tracking systems, and documentation.
• Develops standard reports and commercial analysis related to quotes to support sales performance management.
• Provide the best professional quotations service to customers with Sales, contributing to efficiency of sales processes and ensuring increase of speed, quality and customer satisfaction.

More about you

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or related
• Work experience in sales support or administrative roles coordinating with sales teams involving quote preparation, marketing data analytics, and data management
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Excel and managing data
• Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and sales quoting software a plus
• Able to prioritize according to urgency of requests and deadlines and provide exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills

Salary: $67,200 - 98,549 based on experience

Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 5%
