You will assist pricing execution, market research, competitive analysis, and merchandising initiatives to ensure accurate and competitive pricing decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, comfortable working with data, and passionate about fashion, luxury brands, and resale market trends.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Assistant to support the day-to-day pricing of luxury fashion items across categories including handbags, shoes, apparel, and accessories. This role supports pricing execution, market research, competitive analysis, and merchandising initiatives to ensure accurate and competitive pricing decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, comfortable working with data, and passionate about fashion, luxury brands, and resale market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily pricing activities across handbags, footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Apply pricing guidelines and market research to determine accurate pricing.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while ensuring pricing accuracy.
• Support pricing updates, adjustments, and pricing-related inquiries.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Research comparable products using online marketplaces and resale platforms.
• Analyze competitor pricing and market trends.
• Evaluate brand, condition, materials, craftsmanship, and product attributes when determining pricing.
• Provide recommendations based on market findings and pricing trends.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, and analyze pricing data.
• Apply formulas and basic analytical techniques to support pricing decisions.
• Identify pricing trends and opportunities through data analysis.
• Maintain accurate product and pricing information.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Merchandising, Pricing, and Operations teams.
• Support business initiatives through timely and accurate pricing execution.
• Respond professionally to pricing-related questions and requests.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in Pricing, Merchandising, Retail, Fashion, or a related field.
• Experience conducting research and analyzing information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within fashion, apparel, accessories, handbags, or luxury retail.
• Knowledge of designer brands, handbag construction, materials, and hardware.
• Experience in resale, consignment, or secondhand retail environments.
• Exposure to pricing analysis, merchandising analytics, or competitive market research.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite).
