Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Pricing Analyst to analyze pricing, sales and profitability data, supporting strategy and programs across NAMER. You will build reports and models to guide decisions and partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Product to optimize pricing and margins.

The role blends data analysis with business insight in a hybrid setup based in Rosemont, IL, with in-office collaboration days Tue–Thu. Strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of pricing, finance, revenue operations, sales operations, or analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, durable goods, or B2B environment preferred.

As our Pricing Analyst, you will:

• Analyze pricing, sales, customer, and profitability data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across the NAMER business.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Pricing Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical function.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, durable goods, or B2B environment is preferred.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $62,300 - $86,000 annually.
