Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, or a related supply chain role.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and SUMIF.
• Ability to build forecasting and financial models.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for finished goods across business units.
• Analyze historical data, identify trends, and use insights to improve forecast accuracy.
• Review forecast assumptions and challenge conclusions that aren't supported by data.
• Analyze forecast errors, stockouts, and excess inventory to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Translate revenue forecasts into unit forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability at our U.S. distribution center.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tracking key supply chain metrics such as forecast accuracy and inventory turns.
• Support the SIOP process by gathering and consolidating forecast information from domestic and international teams.
• Support new product launches and product phase-in/phase-out planning.
• Build forecasting models and scenarios using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting, and tools.
• Maintain accurate planning and product data in Oracle.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Service, and Product Management.

This is a hybrid role based in Rosemont, IL, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration days Tuesday through Thursday .

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, or a related supply chain role.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and SUMIF.
• Ability to build and work with forecasting and financial models.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data and insights to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and priority-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and locations.

Preferred

• Preferred MBA or advanced degree.
• ASCM/APICS certification or actively pursuing certification.
• Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with Business Intelligence/database reporting.
• Process improvement or process design experience.
• Experience with SIOP/S&OP.
• Experience supporting new product launches and product phase-in/phase-out.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $70,500 - $100,300 annually.
