What's your day like?

As a Full-Time Pricing Analyst at Sentrillion, you will be instrumental in preparing proposal pricing and developing cost volumes from capture through contract award, all while adhering to our meticulous business development processes. Your expertise will shine as you perform market and competitive research, including salary benchmarking, to ensure our bids are both competitive and compliant with FAR and DFAR regulations. You will support proposal reviews and various capture and bid activities, contributing to strategic decision-making that drives federal government project success. Additionally, you will provide essential support for required contract reporting and assist in managing the administration of our General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract pricing. Your role will also encompass supporting the company's estimating system and ensuring thorough file management and documentation requirements, fortifying Sentrillion's commitment to excellence and professionalism in every endeavor.

What You Need To Be Successful

To excel as a Full-Time Pricing Analyst at Sentrillion, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or accounting, along with a minimum of three years of experience in cost estimation and providing proposal support for a U.S. federal contractor. Familiarity with U.S. federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and Agency Specific regulations (DFAR) is crucial, particularly regarding travel cost principles and labor wage determinations.

Your success will hinge on your knowledge of public procurement strategies and procedures, allowing you to navigate complex bidding environments effectively. Proficiency in relevant software and analytical tools will enhance your ability to perform market research and competitive analysis. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly are essential traits for supporting our proposals and ensuring compliance throughout the entire contracting process.
