The Analyst, Pricing and Contracts will support the Manager, Pricing and Contracts and other team members in department duties to ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, pricing, and reporting requirements across various customer types and distribution channels.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintains contract membership and class of trade assignments to ensure accurate pricing and program eligibility
  • Maintains contract effective dates and works with management on expirations, extensions, or terminations of contracts
  • Compiles chargeback data to assist in the calculation of monthly and quarterly administrative fee payments for contracted customers
  • Coordinates customer set up with Sales and 3PL partners as needed, including but not limited to the gathering of any pertinent documents such as licenses, credit applications, etc.
  • Assists with drafting and redlining customer rebate program proposals
  • Maintains the Contracts and Pricing department systems and databases to ensure accuracy in customer pricing
  • Serves as primary point of contact for internal and external customers for resolution of contracted customer pricing errors and chargebacks disputes
  • Assists team members in compiling presentations, sales reports, price change communications, and profitability reviews
  • Drafts correspondence, reports, and pertinent documents as requested to communicate contract terms and/or pricing changes to customers
  • Special projects and miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • 2+ years in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Proficiency in Excel (Vlookups & Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Word is required
  • Excellent commercial, financial, and analytical skills
  • Must be able to respond to sensitive inquiries from management, internal, and external customers
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information using discretion and judgement
  • High level change agility, flexibility, and comfort with addressing and adapting to ambiguity
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideal candidates are innovative, proactive and motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement and a strong desire to succeed

Salary Range - $60K - 80k
