Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 8 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Price Recommendation capabilities.
• Lead Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deliver AI/ML products at scale.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations.
• Translate complex analytics into business outcomes for executives.
• Ensure scalable, explainable, and measurable ML deployments.
• Establish governance and best practices for ML platforms.
• Set success metrics and drive model performance improvements.
