Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in data science, ML, and statistical analysis with pricing focus.
• Proven track record of building and deploying pricing algorithms/models in real-world settings.
• Expertise in programming languages for data analysis: Python, R, or Scala.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define vision and roadmap for pricing optimization initiatives.
• Algorithm Development: Design and deploy advanced pricing algorithms with ML techniques.
• Code Review: Ensure best practices and code quality in pricing components.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large datasets to inform pricing decisions and strategy.
• Model Evaluation and Optimization: Validate and optimize pricing models for accuracy and performance.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work with product, engineering, marketing, and finance to translate needs into pricing solutions.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Guide junior team members and foster learning.
