Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to develop quotes and analyze customer pricing, partnering with the sales team to improve pricing strategies and profitability. The role emphasizes pricing structure development, market trend analysis, and ERP data management.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in pricing analysis within manufacturing or distribution. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and P21 is highly valued, with a hybrid work setup in Lansdale, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of pricing analysis experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Lighting industry experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient knowledge of lighting products preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SQL; experience with P21 is highly desirable.
• Ability to think creatively and propose pricing solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with sales and other departments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing structures for job quotes based on market trends and inventory.
• Manage customer pricing in P21/ERP system.
• Analyze pricing results (trends, turnaround, win ratios, price competitiveness).
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and provide pricing information.
• Use advanced Excel and expand into Power BI analytics for pricing data.
• Build relationships with sales to align pricing strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in pricing workflows.
• Analyze competitive market data and maintain competitive databases.
• Prepare regular pricing trend and competitive analysis reports for management.
• Support pricing-related projects across divisions (Distribution, OEM, ESCO, etc.).
