Akur8 is seeking a Pricing Actuary to drive actuarial pricing strategies for P&C insurance. You will translate complex rate analyses for diverse stakeholders and lead proof-of-concept engagements with clients.

The role requires by-the-book rate filings, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and travel to North American offices and client sites roughly five days per month. Remote work within the Eastern/Central time zones is possible for strong candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a P&C / General insurance pricing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead proof of concepts with potential clients and translate actuarial concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Travel approximately 5 days per month for client meetings, conferences, and office visits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership to inform the product roadmap.
