Responsibilities

• Greets customers, answers questions, and helps resolve concerns promptly in a polite, professional manner.
• Enters new items into the system, manages pricing integrity, and reports inconsistencies to maintain gross profit margins.
• Verifies weekly circular pricing and coordinates promotions with department managers.
• Maintains shelf tags and communicates pricing updates to other departments.
• Assists with ad signage and maintains knowledge of product locations to help customers and coworkers.
• Keeps inventory of supplies and ensures sanitation and OSHA compliance within the department.
