Job summary

Weis Markets, Inc. is recruiting for an entry-level store associate at our Lancaster location. You will greet customers, assist with questions, and help keep the store clean and safe.

You may assist with bagging, cart retrieval, and loading groceries into vehicles, while maintaining a friendly, efficient shopping environment for guests. No prior experience is required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers cheerfully and assists with questions to ensure quality service.
• Retrieves and manages shopping carts, keeps parking areas clean and safe.
• Loads groceries into vehicles and helps customers as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of the store, restrooms, and break areas.
• Monitors safety hazards and reports maintenance needs to management.
• Assists cashiers with bagging and general front-end duties.
