Responsibilities

• Greet customers and resolve questions professionally at checkout.
• Identify and prepare customer orders to ensure accuracy and freshness of items.
• Operate front-end register and scanning equipment, bag merchandise efficiently.
• Contact customers by phone to address questions or concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ads, promotions, and store layout to assist customers.
• Ensure accurate transaction handling, proper cash drawer, and compliance with tobacco/alcohol policies.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness; follow health and OSHA guidelines.
• Support other departments as needed and follow PPE guidelines.
