Job summary

United Against Human Trafficking is seeking a Pricer & Sorter Associate for its Resale Store. You will price, sort, and display merchandise while delivering excellent customer service and helping meet store revenue goals.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work collaboratively with the team in a retail environment. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Training in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with products and store policies.
• Assist in receiving, sorting, pricing, tagging, and displaying merchandise.
• Restock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Support inventory management and store promotions.
• Report customer or safety concerns to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties to support team and store operations.
• Answer the business phone and provide customer service.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
