Job summary

United Against Human Trafficking is seeking a Pricer & Sorter Associate for its Resale Store. You will price, sort, and display merchandise while delivering excellent customer service and helping meet store revenue goals.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work collaboratively with the team in a retail environment. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Training in retail or customer service is a plus.

Basic Function

The Pricer / Sorter is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing donations, restocking merchandise, and supporting daily store operations. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming donation experience and helping meet store revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide assistance to customers regarding products and store policies.
• Assist in receiving, sorting, pricing, tagging, and displaying merchandise.
• Restock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Support inventory management and participate in store promotions.
• Report any customer or safety concerns to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and store operations.
• Answer the business phone and provide customer service.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
