Job summary

Dandy is seeking a detail-oriented Pricebook Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting Team in Sayre, PA. You’ll manage the Pricebook system, support rebates, inventory, and promotions, and partner with Category Managers to stay current on programs and terms.

You’ll analyze data, reconcile payments to the general ledger, and help improve processes across store operations. A degree in Business and strong Excel skills are required; training available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn Accounting/Finance software.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Three years of related experience preferred, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pricebook subject matter expert, supporting the system and its users.
• Create and maintain rebate parameters, monitor payments, and reconcile activity to the general ledger.
• Partner with Category Managers to stay up to date on rebate programs and terms.
• Communicate with vendors to investigate invoice exceptions, resolve discrepancies, and make corrections.
• Assist with preparation and testing of new store promotions.
• Support inventory reconciliations and variance analysis with inventory auditing partner.
• Oversee reporting and analysis of Market Basket/Market Link data.
• Help develop and implement new Pricebook and inventory processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist with additional accounting, general ledger, and operational needs as needed.
