Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify accuracy of information in Pricebook system, including costing and retail values.
• Ensure changes in promotional and rebate programs are reflected in Pricebook system for accurate accounting and vendor reconciliation.
• Maintain vendor items with standard and promotional cost information.
• Build rules and price zones in Pricebook to accurately reflect the needs of the business.
• Enter and audit EDI invoicing information and ensure accuracy in the system.
• Work in partnership with Pricebook and Category Managers on upcoming pricing changes and strategies.
• Work with IT department to provide support to stores on correct pricing procedures.
• Review data to identify and proactively troubleshoot potential issues.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or a combination of equivalent education and retail operations required.
• Minimum three years’ retail operations experience required, convenience store retail operations preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and use of Pricebook module in PDI Enterprise at both store and host level.
• Preferred SQL database knowledge.
• Analytical acumen and problem solving skills.
• High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced Excel skills required.
