Job summary

PSA Airlines, Inc. seeks a PRIA Specialist to ensure compliance with the Pilot Records Information Act and DOT/FAA regulations. You will collaborate with Recruiting, Training and external partners to maintain accurate PRIA and DOT records and support audits.

In a professional office environment, you will manage filing, data entry, and documentation, ensuring timely responses to PRIA requests and adherence to federal requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of administrative/office support and document retention experience
• Knowledge of PRIA
• Previous experience in Aviation
• Knowledge of FAA and TSA regulations and policies
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English.
• If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Process PRIA paperwork in a timely and organized fashion.
• Organize and participate in annual PRIA and DOT audits.
• Maintain accurate PRIA and DOT records per guidelines and laws.
• Develop effective processes for filing PRIA requests and responses; liaise with other carriers.
• Participate in annual DOT and PRIA audits; prepare materials for inspection.
• File documents electronically and update spreadsheets per policy; enter data into applicant profiles.
• Petition other employers for associate training and employment records per FAA turnaround times.
• Provide training records to requesting airlines within regulated timeframes.
• Responsible for the Company's SMS and Safety Risk Management outputs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
