Job summary

Rhyz, Inc. operates a dietary supplement production facility. The role involves ensuring material verification, accurate weighing, and maintaining product temperatures during the weight-out process to prevent errors and scrap.

You will kit pallets with batch IDs and follow GMP/FDA/HACCP standards, with strict paperwork and safety expectations. Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in a production setting, and strong math and equipment operation skills, including pallet

  • Basic math proficiency; ability to operate a pallet jack.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Taks Accurately verify, identify and document raw materials. Properly weigh out raw materials to prevent errors and scrap. Return containers with accurate report of physical weigh Sustain temperatures of products during the weight out process. Clean equipment according to the applicable SOPs. Accurately kit and warp pallets with batch identification 3. Quality and Compliance Comply with FDA, GMP, HACCP standards for dietary supplements and all other identity preserved requirements. Complete all paperwork, logs, and checks with accuracy and completeness. Follow deviations and communicate with leadership to resolve quality-related issues. Maintain a clean and workable area. 4. Safety and Maintenance Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Identify potential safety hazards and incidents then report them as required. Verify equipment that is marked out of service and do not use them. Properly operate equipment in designated areas. 5. Process Improvement Report facts, problems and setbacks to leadership. Record accurately in all documentation.

Qualifications

Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to communicate orally and in written preferably in English. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and HACCP standards for dietary supplement manufacturing. Proficiency in operating scales, pumps and other required equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Ability to perform basic math functions. Ability to operate an electric pallet jack.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions. Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment. Comfortable working in areas with noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Ability to attend work and be punctual. Ability to talk, hear stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.

Work Environment

This role operates in a dietary supplement production facility with strict adherence to quality and safety standards. The schedule may include shifts, weekends, and overtime to meet production demands.
