Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, AHU, RTU, VAV, FCU, MAU chillers, cooling towers, pumps and motors.
• Inspect and document condition of complex systems to identify failures and repairs.
• Ensure automated control programs operate within parameters and county standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and tradespeople as needed.
• Maintain records of time, work performed, and materials used.
