Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, repairs, and upkeep of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems on-site in a property environment. You will document findings and address minor repairs, supporting the maintenance team during emergencies.

The role requires mechanical/technical aptitude, experience with building systems, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply areas.
• Assist the maintenance team during emergencies or special projects.
