Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician in Valencia, CA to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. The role focuses on inspections, minor repairs, and supporting property upkeep in a full-time capacity.

You will work a swing shift, ensuring all systems run smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate has mechanical/technical aptitude and experience with building systems, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply areas.
• Assist the maintenance team during emergencies or special projects.
