Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Plant City, FL is seeking a Service Contract Manager to create and manage Preventive Maintenance programs, increasing departmental revenue through efficiencies and customer-focused service.

The role involves scheduling Lube Technicians, dispatching personnel, generating quotes, and monitoring performance to ensure customer satisfaction. A technical degree and strong communication skills are required.

Formación

• Minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years technician experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create Preventive Maintenance schedule for Lube Technicians, working closely with Service managers and customers.
• Dispatch Lube Technicians.
• Manage Lube Technicians, providing direction as required.
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance quotes for customers.
• Input data regarding equipment, maintenance schedules, work orders, and other related items into computerized maintenance system.
• Open and close work orders.
• Ensure oil sample protocol is adhered to by Lube Technicians.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through measurement and reporting, taking prompt action when needed.
• Monitor operational performance and efficiencies.
• Other tasks as requested by manager.
