Job summary

Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors in Bismarck, ND seeks a proactive Preventive Maintenance Account Manager to drive growth for preventive maintenance contracts and recurring services. This role focuses on hunting new business, building lasting client relationships, and delivering compelling proposals.

You will collaborate with MMC’s service and sales teams to expand the customer base in the Midwest and achieve revenue targets. A strong track record in HVAC services sales is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in direct sales and territory development in HVAC services.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to create and deliver client presentations and respond to questions.

Responsibilities

• Drive MMC’s annual growth of preventive maintenance contracts and other recurring services.
• Establish contact with potential buyers and schedule sales calls.
• Conduct site surveys and present effective proposals.
• Contribute to pricing of preventive maintenance agreements.
• Develop and maintain an active proposal pipeline and customer relationships.
• Lead customer presentations and relationship-building activities.
• Collaborate with MMC teams to align priorities and cross-sell opportunities.
• Track customer connections, proposals, and wins in the CRM.
